…..Spaces that Speak Culture
From Words to Walls
- Most companies have a strategy.
- Many have values.
- Some have even defined their culture.
But few experience that their culture actually lives on in everyday life.
There is a gap - between what is said - and what is done.
This is the gap we work in – From Words to Walls
We help companies and organizations translate their strategy, values and culture into something that can be seen, felt and lived in everyday life. We build bridges between words and actions.
Through space, design and visual solutions, we create environments where employees feel the direction, increased collaboration and well-being – not just read it.
We work with 3 interconnected areas
1. Strategic Foundation – clarification of DNA/culture, values and organizational behavior.
2. Koncept & Design – translation of DNA/culture into visualization of space design, interior design and decoration.
3. Implementation & Activation – execution of room design, furnishing and decoration and activation in the organization in the form of routines and processes for ownership and permanent anchoring.

1. Strategic Foundation
We create clarity about your DNA/culture, values and organizational behavior.
Not as abstract concepts — but as concrete indicators of how the organization works.
1. Clarification of the company's DNA/culture and values - what do you want to build on?
2. Link to strategy and working methods: How should space support future collaboration?
3. Definition and description of cultural guidelines and organizational behavior, which will be the benchmark for the design.
Result:
- Clear direction in management.
- Common language across the organization.
- Faster decisions and less friction.
Purpose Strategic Foundation:
To create a shared and honest understanding of who you really are as a company and organization — not just how you describe yourself.
We help you uncover what actually lives in the organization before we design how it should look in space, behavior and management.
It creates organizational self-insight and a common language before investing in design and construction and gives management a realistic platform for further work.
1. We clarify the company's DNA/culture - the values, behavioral patterns and management principles that make up the culture you want to build on.
2. Strategy and working methods: How space supports collaboration and behavior.
3. Defining DNA/culture based on organizational behavior and benchmarks.
2. Concept & Design:
We translate your new culture into visual and spatial expressions that make it possible to feel the culture — not just talk about it.
We design spaces, interiors and visual identity that support and reflect the way you work and collaborate in the future.
Values and behavior are translated into visual and physical expressions (artifacts, colors, shapes, materials, zones).
Ideas and concepts are created for how space and interior design can support culture, collaboration and energy.
The design direction is selected and specified through mood boards, prototypes and visual presentation.
Result:
- Culture becomes visible and noticeable.
- Collaboration, well-being and energy are strengthened.
- The Brand is experienced from the inside — not just from the outside.
Design principles
Collaboration between management and selected employees (co-creation via stakeholders for the individual departments) ensures involvement and ownership throughout the organization, so that the design is experienced as a shared and unified process and not something imposed by management.
3. Implementation & Activation:
We ensure that the new physical framework also becomes a new mental, emotional framework.
The physical framework is merged with the digital. The physical and digital frameworks are merged with the frameworks offered to employees in terms of goods and benefits.
The energy in a space is a significant factor in human well-being and behavior. The energy can either support or drain. We help you move into the new physically, mentally and emotionally.
Process & procedure:
1. Planning communication and implementation internally: How to tell the story of the new environment.
2. Coordination with marketing, HR and operations on execution and anchoring - driven by internal key employees (anchoring ambassadors) and by management (anchoring sponsors). This ensures higher engagement and ownership.
3. Implementation: Build, furnish and put into operation so that the new design comes to life in everyday life.
The anchoring process is about embedding new habits and behaviors.

How we work
We always adapt our efforts to the individual company.
Some need to start with the foundation.
Others need to activate something that is already defined.
You can work with one, two or all three legs.
The value is greatest when the entire chain is connected.
After a briefing from you and your starting point and wishes, we prepare a project proposal with time, scope and price.
Strategy and concept work is settled by hourly rate or framework agreement.
Implementation, design and construction are invoiced as separate deliveries with materials and subcontractors included.
If you have a strategy that doesn't quite fit the organization...
or a culture that is not lived in practice… then it is probably not the strategy that is the problem. It is the translation.
Let's have a no-obligation conversation and see where the chain breaks — and how it can be put back together.
